No. AirRanks is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Airbnb, Inc. in any way.

Is this against Airbnb's terms of service?

AirRanks reads only publicly available Airbnb search results, exactly the same pages any guest sees when searching for a place to stay. We do not access your Airbnb host account, modify any listing, or interact with your host dashboard.

What exactly is a scan?

One scan checks your listing's position (page number and rank), your price vs. the market median, across the next 60 available check-in dates, for a specific search area, number of guests, and duration. 1 scan = 1 credit.

How many free scans do I get?

New accounts receive 3 free scans with no credit card required. This lets you test the tool on your real listing before purchasing.

Which Airbnb markets are supported?

AirRanks works on every Airbnb market worldwide. If Airbnb covers the destination, we can track it. If your search area is not listed by default, you can add it manually by pasting an Airbnb search URL directly in the app.

Do my credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack, use them whenever you want, no deadline, no pressure.

How often should I run a scan?

We recommend scanning every 1 to 2 weeks per listing. More frequent scans are useful during peak booking seasons or after making changes to your listing (price, photos, title).

Can I use AirRanks for multiple listings?
