Description of the Service
AirRanks is an independent tool that analyzes publicly available Airbnb search results to provide hosts with listing visibility data. AirRanks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Airbnb, Inc. in any way.
Credits and payments
- 3.1 The Service operates on a prepaid credit system.
- 3.2 Credits are deducted when a scan is executed.
- 3.3 Credits never expire.
- 3.4 Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- 3.5 Purchases are final. A refund may be requested within 14 days for unused credits by contacting support.
- 3.6 Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change.
User account
- 4.1 You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- 4.2 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
- 4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Access private data belonging to other Airbnb users
- Automate requests beyond normal individual usage
- Resell, redistribute, or share scan data commercially
- Circumvent the security measures of the Service
Limitation of liability
AirRanks provides information “as is”. Positioning data is extracted from public results and may contain inaccuracies. AirRanks does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the data. AirRanks is not liable for business decisions made based on this data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
